In addition to his many years of recruiting experience, he is also an industry speaker, trainer, Board Member and current top producer of www.firstinterview.com, the largest national network of sales recruiters.
Steve Payor, Recruiting Company in Laguna Niguel, CAPrior to founding Paragon Resources, LLC, in 2004, Steve successfully trained and managed more than 100 recruiters in Executive Search during his tenure as a Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales for Cory Associates Agency, Inc., based in Newport Beach, California.
Steve began his successful recruiting career with Jacor Associates in Los Angeles, where he was their top sales recruiter for 3 years.
In addition, he also has additional sales and management experience with United Parcel Service, (UPS) after graduating from Rutgers University, New Jersey with a Bachelors in Communications and Economics.
